Open the sign-up page
Go to the BusinessHRM sign-up page. You do not need a trial or a card first.

Your details
Fill in the form
Enter Company Name, Your Name, Email Address and a Password of at least 8 characters. Choose your Subdomain: it becomes your workspace address, yourcompany.businesshrm.com. Then tick "Accept our terms and conditions".

Have a redeem code? Redeem it
Paste your code
Click "Have a redeem code? Redeem it" on the form and a code box appears. Paste your AppSumo code. Bought more than one? Click "Add another code" for each, up to 5.

Click Sign up
Your account is created and your codes are applied at once. Your company lands directly on its lifetime plan.

Stack more codes on your workspace
Bought more codes later, or signed up before you had one? Redeem them from your settings. Each code you add upgrades your lifetime plan instantly: more members and more storage.
Log in as the company admin
Only company admins see the redeem page and the button on Billing.
Open Settings, then Redeem Code
Or use the "Add More Codes" button on the Billing page.
Enter redeem code, then Redeem
Paste one code and click Redeem. Your new plan shows at the top of the page.

The total number of codes your company redeems decides its lifetime plan, up to 5. Every plan includes every feature; codes only raise members and storage.

Each code works once
A code is single-use. Once redeemed, it belongs to that company.
Up to 5 codes
Codes stack per company. The total you redeem sets your plan, to a maximum of 5.
Upgrades are instant
Redeem more later and your members and storage go up straight away.
Member limits are real
If you already have more active members than your plan allows, for example 12 people on 1 code (10 members), the app asks you to upgrade. Stack more codes to raise the limit.
Troubleshooting
If a code does not go through
These are the messages the app can show, and what to do about each one.

The code "…" is not valid.
What to do
Copy and paste the code exactly as AppSumo shows it, with no spaces before or after. Check you did not miss a character.

The code "…" has already been used.
What to do
Each code works once. If you redeemed it on another account, it is already used. If you did not use it, contact support with your AppSumo order details.

What to do
Remove the duplicate box. Each code only needs to be entered once.

How do I redeem my BusinessHRM AppSumo code?
Go to app.businesshrm.com/signup, fill in Company Name, Your Name, Email Address, Password and Subdomain, tick the terms box, click "Have a redeem code? Redeem it", paste your code and click Sign up. Your company starts on its lifetime plan straight away.
I already have a BusinessHRM account. Where do I enter my code?
Log in as the company admin and open Settings, then Redeem Code (yourcompany.businesshrm.com/account/settings/redeem-code). Paste the code into "Enter redeem code" and click Redeem. There is also an "Add More Codes" button on the Billing page.
Can I stack more than one code?
Yes. Codes stack per company, up to 5. The total number of codes you redeem decides your lifetime plan, from 10 members and 5 GB on 1 code to 40 members and 100 GB on 5 codes.
Can I add codes later?
Yes. Redeem more codes any time from Settings, then Redeem Code. Your plan upgrades instantly, with more members and more storage.
Do I need a credit card or a trial?
No. When you sign up with a code, the account is created on the lifetime plan straight away. There is no card and no trial.
Can a code be used twice?
No. Each code is single-use. If the app says a code has already been used and you did not use it, contact support.
What happens if my team is bigger than my plan?
If your company already has more active members than the redeemed plan allows, the app asks you to upgrade. Stack more codes to raise your member limit.
