Integration questions

Which payment gateways does BusinessHRM support?

9 of them: Stripe, PayPal, Authorize.net, Razorpay, Paystack, Mollie, PayFast, Square, Flutterwave. Clients pay invoices online by card or bank, and the payment is recorded against the invoice.

Can I connect Claude or ChatGPT to BusinessHRM?

Yes. The BusinessHRM MCP server works with Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor. Once connected, the assistant can pull reports, create tasks and update records in plain language, limited to the permissions of the API key you use. The chat assistant inside the app answers questions but does not change records.

Is the REST API available on every plan?

Yes. The REST API and webhooks are on every plan, including the free one. It has 370+ endpoints across 58 areas of the product, documented at app.businesshrm.com/developers.

Does BusinessHRM integrate with Slack?

Yes. Slack and Discord both receive notifications and webhooks, and you can point different departments at different channels.

Can BusinessHRM send SMS messages?

Yes, through Twilio. On the Scale plan you connect your own Twilio account and BusinessHRM sends SMS notifications through it.

What if the integration I need is not listed?

Use the REST API and webhooks to build it, or tell us what you need. Custom integrations are part of the Enterprise plan.
