Last updated June 1, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes activities that are not permitted when using BusinessHRM. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update it to keep the Service safe and lawful.
Responsible use of monitoring features
BusinessHRM includes time tracking and optional monitoring features. When you enable them, you agree to:
- Obtain any consents and provide any notices required by law in the jurisdictions where your people work.
- Configure tracking transparently, so employees can see what is captured.
- Use the data for legitimate business purposes such as billing, payroll, and productivity, not to harass, discriminate against, or unfairly target individuals.
You are responsible for how you use monitoring features and for compliance with applicable employment and privacy laws.
