Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your subscription. This Refund Policy explains how trials, billing, cancellations and refunds work. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No charge is made during the trial, and no credit card is required to begin. If you do not continue, simply let the trial end.
Billing
Paid plans are billed per seat, in advance, on a monthly or annual cycle. Annual plans are billed once for the year. You can add or remove seats at any time, and changes are prorated to your billing cycle.
Cancellations
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- A monthly plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and then stops renewing.
- An annual plan remains active until the end of the paid year and then stops renewing.
You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
Fees already paid are generally non-refundable, including partial periods after a downgrade or cancellation. We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in cases such as a billing error on our side or a documented inability to use the Service caused by us.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will review it promptly.
Annual plans
For annual plans, if you cancel mid-term, the plan continues until the end of the paid year and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused portion, except where required by law.
How to request a refund
Email billing@businesshrm.com with your account details and the charge in question. We aim to respond within two business days.
